Daily activities that an individual needs in order to care for themselves such as taking medications, bathing, dressing, transferring and ambulating. |

Are the apartments purchased or leased? |

The Gardens does not require a large “buy-in” fee. The apartments are leased on a month to month basis. |

Are the apartments furnished or unfurnished? |

The apartments are unfurnished. Residents are encouraged to bring their own belongings from home to furnish and decorate the apartment. We want you to feel comfortable in your new home. |

What is Respite Care? |

Respite Care is available for individuals needing personal care for a short period of time. For example; when an individual is discharged from the hospital they may require some additional assistance until they are strong enough to return home. Or, a loved one caring for a spouse or parent may want to take a break for a short period of time. |
