JoAnn Dominguez-Smith is the manager of the Gardens Assisted Living in Jefferson, Iowa. She holds a Business degree and the certificate required for assisted living administration. Striving to provide compassionate care for all the tenants is JoAnn’s goal. She enjoys learning new skills and developing professional relationships with in and around her community. It is extremely satisfying to express to tenants and their families how much they bring into our lives. |

| Sherri Teeples |
Sherri Teeples is the Registered Nurse at the Gardens Assisted Living. She has experience and is skilled in the Emergency Room/ House supervisor, Intensive Care, Medical Surgical, Long Term Care, and Hospice care. It is her goal to continue her education/ learning, to provide/ oversee the personalized care, in junction with the physician, to each tenant/ family. In her spare time she like to spend time with her husband and 3 children. Her family enjoys outdoor activities and movie night. |
